The Brookside Lewisville 2018 Annual Meeting will be held on Tuesday, August 28, 2018. The purpose of this meeting is to conduct normal business of the association and present information on current association affairs, as well as electing three (3) members to the Board of Directors. It is important that you assign your proxy if you are unable to attend, as this helps fulfill quorum requirements. The meeting cannot be held if quorum is not met either in person or by proxy. If quorum is not met and the meeting has to be reconvened at a later date, it is a further cost for your association.
