Due to the weather, we will be moving the location of the meeting from the cul-de-sac to Fred Swichtenberg’s garage, at 104 Chelsea Court. The meeting will still be held at 6:30pm.

We are pleased to announce that the Annual Meeting of the Members has been scheduled for Thursday, November 7, 2019 at 6:30pm. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss normal business of the Association and to present information on current Association affairs.

Enclosed in this packet you will find the draft agenda and a proxy. Even if you plan on attending, it is important that you return your proxy as unforeseen circumstances may occur, preventing you from being able to attend. The Annual Meeting of the Members cannot be held unless quorum requirements are met, either in person or by proxy. If a meeting must be recalled for a later date, the Association incurs additional costs for securing a venue, printing, mailing of meeting notice, etc. You may assign your proxy to a Member of the Board or to a neighbor of your choice who will be in attendance.

We are pleased to announce the 2018 Annual Meeting of the Members will be held on Thursday, September 13, 2018. The purpose of this meeting is to conduct normal business of the Association and present information on current Association affairs, as well as electing three (3) members to the Board of Directors.

Enclosed for your convenience is a proxy which should be used in the event that you are unable to attend the meeting, and a candidate form should you be interested in serving on the Board of Directors. It is very important that you assign and return the proxy even if you intend on being present for this meeting as unforeseen circumstances do occur. A meeting cannot be held if quorum is not met, either in person or by proxy. If quorum is not met, there are additional costs to the Association to reconvene.

The Brookside Lewisville 2018 Annual Meeting will be held on Tuesday, August 28, 2018. The purpose of this meeting is to conduct normal business of the association and present information on current association affairs, as well as electing three (3) members to the Board of Directors. It is important that you assign your proxy if you are unable to attend, as this helps fulfill quorum requirements. The meeting cannot be held if quorum is not met either in person or by proxy. If quorum is not met and the meeting has to be reconvened at a later date, it is a further cost for your association.
